We’ve also provided private cabanas, and gardens for guests to enjoy as they embrace the waterfall behind them. This is the perfect place for small get-togethers with family and friends and is available to every resident.

During the warm spring and summer months, residents will be able to enjoy the rooftop deck which features an outdoor kitchen and grill, gathering area, flat-screen TV, and views of Victorian Square. The room can also be rented by residents for private special events.

benefit of our residents. Apartments can be directly accessed from our spacious parking garage. Each resident has one assigned parking spot with electric vehicle charging station, motorcycle parking and bike storage.
